Building Services Manager

The Building Services Manager oversees contract management of all soft services, fire maintenance, and building compliance, while leading the Site Security Manager and ensuring overall site security posture. They also manage non‑critical building assets, conduct site inspections, handle minor capital works, support audits, and act as the primary point of contact for customer facilities requests. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in facilities management or building services, strong knowledge of local building, fire and safety regulations, and proven ability to manage third‑party service providers and Opex/Capex budgets. They should also demonstrate mentoring skills, process implementation experience, and excellent communication abilities.
