About the team The Product team at Airwallex is a group of passionate builders and problem-solvers who are obsessed with crafting customer-centric solutions that empower businesses to operate anywhere, anytime. Responsibilities: As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch on topics Creating more delightful user experiences for businesses when they set up, monitor, and operate their online stores with Airwallex online payments Building robust clearing and settlement mechanisms that ensure businesses have full visibility over their expected cash flow and protect Airwallex from financial risks Improving Airwallex's reporting capabilities to streamline reconciliation processes for businesses and allowing them to fully optimize the online payments operations Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: 2 to 6 years of overall professional experience Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.) Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology Solid technical understanding and ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams Hands-on with online payments or similar B2B domains with high conceptual complexity Equal opportunity Airwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
