Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager

This role involves leading and managing the overall performance of the Airwallex Partner Program by creating and executing plans focused on fast adoption and revenue growth through partners. The manager will also own the design of the program, develop pricing/incentives, and establish critical partner program KPIs. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner Program Management or Enablement, including managing global programs, partner tooling (like Partnerstack), and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to execute initiatives with initiative are required.
