We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist with a strong background in molecular diagnostics to bridge the gap between our science and our market. You will translate complex technical and clinical data into compelling content that enables distributors, engages end-users, and supports commercial growth across our global markets. Key Responsibilities Technical Content Development Write and publish application notes, technical bulletins, and clinical performance summaries for AITbiotech's product portfolio Develop white papers, case studies, and scientific posters for key congresses and publications Create clinical utility documents — demonstrating product value in the context of patient care, workflow integration, and laboratory efficiency Produce a full range of marketing materials — product brochures, flyers, product cards, infographics, exhibition banners, and promotional materials — ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency Ensure all technical and marketing content is accurate, up to date, and aligned to CE IVDR regulatory requirements Distributor & Sales Enablement Develop product training materials, technical presentations, and FAQ documents for distributors across all regions Write battle cards and objection handlers that address clinical and technical questions from laboratory professionals and procurement teams Deliver technical training sessions to distributors and field application specialists — in person and remotely Support tender submissions with technical documentation, product dossiers, and regulatory evidence packages Product Marketing & Launch Support Support new product launches by developing go-to-market messaging, positioning, and technical launch materials Work closely with R&D and regulatory teams to understand product performance data and translate it into market-facing content Develop product comparison guides and competitive differentiation materials based on clinical evidence and technical specifications Align product marketing content to CE IVDR registration milestones and regional launch timelines Scientific Communications & Congresses Identify and support participation in relevant international scientific congresses and exhibitions — including MEDLAB, Arab Health, Euromedlab, ECCMID, ASM Microbe, and AACC Prepare scientific posters, abstracts, and presentation materials for congress submissions Support KOL engagement and clinical advisory activities — developing materials for scientific discussions and product evaluations Represent AITbiotech at scientific events and exhibitions — presenting product capabilities to laboratory professionals and clinical decision makers Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor the competitive landscape in the MDx market — tracking product launches, clinical data publications, regulatory approvals, and pricing strategies of key competitors Track clinical guidelines, WHO and AMR policy developments, and epidemiological trends relevant to AITbiotech's product areas Provide regular competitive and market intelligence briefings to the sales and product teams Qualifications Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, biomedical science, microbiology, or a related life sciences field 3–5 years of experience in a technical marketing, product marketing, or application specialist role within the molecular diagnostics or IVD industry Hands-on laboratory ex…
