Indoor Sales Executive Overall job objective: Responsible for supporting the Branch / Sales Manager in onboarding clients and achieve monthly sales target. Core duties: Answers calls / Text Messages and returns voice mail messages promptly Tracks accurately all incoming demand (calls and walk ins) Prepares and send quotation / invoices / receipts to the customers Immediately follows up on customer enquiries or reservations and attempts to make an appointment to do onsite measurement Collection of deposit and full payment from customers Provide support to the Branch / Sales Manager on the day-to-day management of the outlet Ensure that all customer-related documents are properly handled and filed correctly before handling over to after-sales department Requirements: Min ‘O’ Level and above Sales driven and self-motivated with a positive mindset Independent, fast learner and passion for sales Excellent customer service skills A good team player and able to work well in fast-paced environment Articulate, good presentation skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Enjoy indoor sales Why is this for you?
