Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of complex manufacturing equipment within the Secondary Packaging Department to ensure optimal performance. The role also involves collaborating with engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance operational excellence.
Requires a minimum NITEC in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Experience with process improvement and automated pick & place systems is highly advantageous.
