Autocad Drafter Cum Coordinator

Interested applicants please email to alfrenchfacade@gmail.com Job Description Responsibilities: • Review & understand project scope of work & technical specification. • Development of shop drawing as per the design intent, project specification and material availability and production limitation. • Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. • Provide value engineering proposals to the project team. • Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. • Coordinate with structural engineer on the structural calculation & PE endorsement. • Submission of shop drawings to consultants for approval. • Coordinate with Architect, Main contractor, Consultants and seek approval of shop drawings. • Prepare BIM Model or Revit model for coordination, submission & material take off. • Prepare fabrication drawings & bill of material and issue for procurement & production. • Coordination with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors on the fabrication & installation process. • Conduct testing & inspection of incoming material and final fit out along with QA/QC as per the approved shop drawings and specification. • Report work accomplishments to the HOD on daily/weekly basis. • Complete the task within the allocated timeline & in line with the project schedule. Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture. • Able to read & understand architectural & structural drawings. • Proficient in Auto cad. • Knowledge of Revit & BIM Modelling will be added advantage. • Strong creative design and time management skills. • Good communication, and interpersonal skills. • Polite and Good sense of responsibility. • Able to work individually and with the team.
