Customer Service Concierge

Job Description We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Officer . The role focuses on front-facing guest engagement, security support, and ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline customer service to guests and visitors Attend to guest enquiries and provide accurate information Assist with directions, check-in guidance, and general hotel support Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times Handle feedback and escalate issues to hotel management when required Support front desk or concierge team when needed Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming service area Requirements Minimum hospitality degree or equivalent Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or security preferred Able to communicate well in English (additional languages is a plus) Presentable, polite, and service-oriented Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
