Payroll Officer (Bedok Area/Mfg Industry)

Responsible for end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation for non-executive employees and ensuring legislative compliance. Review and reconcile payroll output files including payroll register, bank file, tax computations from entity payroll. Generate payroll reports on a weekly or monthly or adhoc basis. Support monthly, annual and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions notwithstanding, IR21, Yearly IR8A, NS make-up claims, Government Leave claims and other statutory filing as required including adhoc government surveys. Participate in all regulatory, compliance and audit related activities where appropriate. Assist with end-to-end recruitment. Requirements: Min Certificate in Human Resources preferred. Min 1 year of payroll experience. Hands-on experience in payroll software a MUST. Unquestionable integrity and confidentiality. Demonstrated client-service orientation - clear and approachable communication style with a positive customer service mindset and solutions-focused attitude. Tech savvy and comfortable with any HRIS and expert Excel skills.
