Shipping Assistant (Shipping/Mfg Ind./Bedok Area)

To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to export activities. To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers. To liaise with forwarders for collection. To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer. To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma Logistics management or its equivalent. Prefer 1-2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment. Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels. A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous. Proficient in MS officer application.
