Planning Manager (Freight Forwarder) (Up To $7000)

Position: Planning Manager (Freight Forwarder) Salary: up to $7000 Working Day: 5 Days Working Hour: 9am-6.30pm Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport) Job Responsibilities: Arrange full or partial charters for capital equipment of all cargo weights, sizes, and shapes. Give the appropriate airlines the aircraft loading plan. For final approval from the airline load master, make the necessary revisions. Arrange ULD packing materials in accordance with loading specifications. To build up actual cargo, provide a cargo load plan and collaborate with warehouse operations. The freight management crew receives ongoing training so they can execute load plans for capital equipment of varying sizes. Ongoing training for warehouse operations to carry out load plans on real freight, although physical dimensions may vary, the ability to build up actual cargo is as crucial. To maximize yield and reduce airline procurement costs, make sure cargo planning is at its optimal payable load. Collaborate closely with customer service to ensure that the load plan is prepared for numerous modifications brought on by client changes. Work together with the warehouse and customer service teams to schedule shipments for uplift on time. The ability to think critically and solve problems quickly when actual freight loading differs from the packing list in terms of physical dimensions. Gather disparities and maintain accurate data to guarantee appropriate feedback and progress between the shipper and the business.
