Process Engineer (12 Hours Shift/Loyang/Electronics Mfg)

Study and evaluate new method and materials to improve current process and manufacturing capability. Conduct DOE to determine the key process parameters and product characteristic. Assist production in setting up machine operation procedure and safety guidelines. Implement new process. Explore possibility of reducing material standard usage or cheaper source. Determine the root cause for sample rejection for process related issue. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Diploma with 2 to 3 years working experience. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Independent, creative, resourceful and able to take pressure.
