Warehouse Supervisor (Up To $3000) (Tuas)

Position: Warehouse Supervisor Salary: up to $3000 Working Day: 5.5 Days Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm | Alt Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm Working Location: Tuas Job Responsibilities: Lead & supervise a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders. Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding all administrative and documentation difficulties, as well as addressing any concerns brought up. Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time. Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes. Quickly process billing bills for customers. Use the Microsoft Office Suite to extract and tabulate data for report analysis. Manage the Section's safety and provide the team with safety information. Perform routine cycle counts and stock audits. To increase efficiency, find and implement process changes. Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Take corrective measures to deal with performance problems. Put quality control procedures in place to make sure products fulfil necessary requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma in any field. At least 5 years of practical experience working in a warehouse as a supervisor.
