Business Development Executive

Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Knowledge of construction projects, tendering processes, and industry practices is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits when required. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Source and monitor construction tenders and project opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tender submissions and project proposals. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients. Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Perform other business development duties as assigned.
