JOB SUMMARY As a Card Operations Specialist, you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers. JOB DESCRIPTION You will assist in the daily operation of the Card and CASA Ops team to ensure efficient management and completion of all tasks including but not limited to, card personalization and ad-hoc dispatch, transaction processing, dispute management and reconciliation. ROLE RESPONSIBILITY Assist in day-to-day operations management, ensure all tasks are completed with stipulated SLAs and in accordance to DOIs. Overseeing daily settlement and reconciliation process for card transactions and ensuring all outages are investigated and escalated as required. Compliance and Risk management: Ensure to comply with bank and regulatory policies. Participate in audits, leading audit walkthroughs and preparing related RFI documents. Customer Service: Address escalations from CS team in relation to card and CASA Ops processes and ensuring all complains and managed and closed in accordance with bank’s guidelines. Project Management: Work closely with various stakeholders including, tech, product, R&C and marketing to support new product launches and system enhancements. Our Ideal Candidate: Has understanding of card products/ CASA and Visa /MasterCard Experienced in dispute handling for Visa / Mastercard Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a must
