Application & Technology Risk Specialist

TEKsystems is hiring an Application & Technology Risk Specialist to support critical technology initiatives across a global banking organization. This role focused on application governance & vulnerability management across business-critical enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities Partner with technology teams to support risk, governance, and control activities across enterprise applications Coordinate and track remediation activities relating to technology, security, and operational issues Support system lifecycle initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities Maintain governance documentation, risk logs, status reporting, and supporting artefacts Monitor progress of identified issues and ensure appropriate follow-up with relevant stakeholders Prepare updates and reporting materials for management and governance forums Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support risk management and compliance objectives Support application governance, audit, and change-related initiatives Requirements Experience in application governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, production support, application support, release management, project delivery, or related technology functions Experience working within financial services, banking, or other regulated enterprise environments Exposure to vulnerability management, risk remediation, audit, governance, control processes, or technology lifecycle management Familiarity with enterprise application environments and software delivery lifecycles Understanding of application infrastructure and enterprise technology platforms (e.g. middleware, databases, Unix/Linux environments, cloud or containerized platforms) Experience collaborating with application, infrastructure, engineering, or security teams to support issue remediation and change initiatives Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting technology transformation, modernization, migration, or lifecycle management initiatives is advantageous What You’ll Gain Opportunity to support business-critical enterprise technology platforms Exposure to technology risk, governance, and operational resilience initiatives Involvement in large-scale modernization and lifecycle management programmes Close collaboration with engineering, support, and business teams Strong stakeholder exposure across regional technology functions Fast-paced and collaborative environment with ongoing transformation initiatives We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified EA Registration No.: YAP JUN WEI, R25126752 Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd, Company Reg No. 200909448N, EA Licence No. 10C4544
