This role is responsible for materials movement, inventory transactions, documentation control, warehouse storage, shipping activities, and manufacturing support while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities: Materials Receiving & Goods Receipt Coordinate and receive bulk tanker deliveries with internal stakeholders. Perform unloading, physical inspection, and goods receipt of incoming materials. Verify GMP documentation, including supplier certificates and shipping records. Conduct SAP transactions for goods receipt and inventory updates. Transfer and store received materials according to approved procedures. Manufacturing Material Staging Review process orders and create transfer orders in SAP. Pick and stage materials following FEFO (First Expire First Out) principles. Verify lot numbers and expiry dates before deployment. Support production schedules through timely material staging and coordination. Temperature-Controlled Storage Management Handle materials requiring specific storage conditions including ambient, chilled, frozen, cold-chain, and hazardous goods. Support storage and transfer of products requiring ultra-low temperature conditions. Maintain accurate inventory and storage records in SAP and operational logbooks. Shipping & Distribution Pack products and samples in accordance with approved procedures. Prepare shipping documentation and shipping labels. Manage temperature-control packaging materials such as dry ice and temperature monitoring devices. Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and receiving sites. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control Organise warehouse storage locations and inventory movements. Ensure materials are correctly labelled and controlled. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Support warehouse process improvements and SOP implementation. Compliance & Safety Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures. Comply with GMP, cGMP, EHS, and company quality standards. Support investigations relating to inventory discrepancies and compliance deviations. Participate in audits and inventory verification activities. Requirements: Diploma, ITE qualification, or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or GMP-regulated environment. Knowledge of GMP and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Good interpersonal and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards. Team player with the ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Forklift licence. Experience operating Reach Truck and/or VNA equipment. Experience with SAP ERP systems. Experience working with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
