Competitive Remuneration Package 5 Days, Office Hours Only Convenient Working Location As a Clinical Instructor, you will be responsible for the following duties: Establish and maintain optimal clinical learning environments for nursing staff and students. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate preceptorship schemes to support the clinical development of new staff. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new staff members and assist Nurse Managers in ensuring their competencies. Coordinate and organize training activities to strengthen unit-based generic and specialty clinical practices. Plan, implement, and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training courses for nursing staff. Ensure appropriate orientation, training, and continuing education opportunities are provided to advance and maintain the required level of competency. Assist in the development and implementation of nursing standards to ensure high-quality patient care delivery. Act as a resource person to Nurse Managers on clinical nursing and nursing training matters and issues. Apply principles to prevent medico-legal issues related to patient care and conduct summative assessments of nursing staff and students. Provide training and education for other non-nursing staff and volunteers as needed. Develop and conduct hospital-based training programs in compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements and organizational needs. Requirements: Degree in Nursing with at least 5 years of experience in clinical care.
