Marketing Executive

About This Role We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing activities across Allinton’s business divisions and represented brands. This role focuses primarily on marketing coordination, campaign execution, content management, and event support, while also requiring the ability to create marketing visuals and promotional materials when needed. Job Overview The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, manage digital platforms, and support lead generation initiatives. The role also requires basic graphic design skills to develop marketing collateral and digital content, ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and event channels. Coordinate the development and production of marketing materials, promotional items, and sales collateral. Support lead generation activities, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Manage website content updates and support social media content publishing. Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, corporate events, and marketing activities. Liaise with principals, suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects. Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports and analytics. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities. Maintain marketing databases, digital assets, campaign records, and marketing documentation. Create and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, product sheets, banners, social media graphics, and presentation slides. Support the creation of visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website updates. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials. Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B, engineering, industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva. Experience creating marketing collateral for both digital and print platforms. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, website content management systems, and email marketing tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
