Warehouse Assistant

We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team! If you’re organized, reliable, and eager to support our logistics operations we want to hear from you. 📋 Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare skincare orders for delivery. Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory checks. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues, from order discrepancies to packaging defects. Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to identify any visible defects, damage, or discrepancies. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory management to notify team members of any stock shortages or discrepancies. Provide customer service and issuing of orders Perform loading and unloading of goods Receive and inspect incoming goods Ensure accuracy and quality of items for receiving and delivery Perform regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory Routine use of Bigseller ISP System (Prior knowledge preferable but not required) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Create, edit, maintain listings of products on different platforms like Bigseller, Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, Shopline, Upmesh. Perform simple customer service replies when it comes to Logistics and Order issue. WHAT CAN WE PROVIDE: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
