Job Summary Join Alpha Chiropractic Health as a part-time or full-time Clinical Assistant to deliver excellent patient service and administrative support, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience in our Tanjong Pagar healthcare practice. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients to create a friendly and professional reception environment Assist patients with intake and registration to ensure accurate and efficient processing Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for clinical and administrative use Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness to uphold clinic hygiene standards Perform administrative tasks to support clinical team operations and patient care Deliver high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning of services Procure and purchase clinic supplies and conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in healthcare or customer service environments to support patient interactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse patients Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in computer systems and software for administrative duties Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and task execution Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting Genuine interest in healthcare and passion for delivering quality patient care
