Collaborative Culture Work alongside passionate doctors and healthcare professionals in an environment that values teamwork, professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations * Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth, efficient and patient-centred workflows. * Coordinate clinic operations across doctors, therapists, patient service executives and support staff. * Ensure efficient appointment scheduling, patient registration and seamless patient journey management. * Maintain excellent standards of clinic cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and operational readiness. * Oversee clinic inventory, procurement, stock control and consumables management. * Ensure equipment servicing and operational resources are properly maintained. * Monitor operational efficiency and continuously identify opportunities for workflow improvements. * Liaise with vendors, suppliers and internal departments to support clinic operations. * Ensure all operational activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. ⸻ Leadership & Team Management * Lead, supervise, coach and inspire a high-performing clinic team. * Foster a positive, collaborative and patient-focused workplace culture. * Conduct onboarding, orientation and structured training programmes for new employees. * Develop team members through coaching, mentoring and regular performance feedback. * Manage staff scheduling, attendance, leave planning and manpower deployment. * Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans. * Support recruitment, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives. * Promote accountability, professionalism and service excellence across the clinic. ⸻ Patient Experience & Customer Service * Deliver exceptional patient experiences and maintain the highest standards of customer service. * Build strong, long-term relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and retention. * Handle patient feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally and empathetically. * Ensure personalised, ethical and premium patient care throughout every interaction. * Continuously improve patient satisfaction and service quality. * Support doctors and therapists in delivering a seamless treatment experience. ⸻ Sales & Business Performance * Drive clinic revenue growth through ethical consultation, excellent service and effective treatment package conversion. * Work closely with doctors, therapists and patient service executives to achieve clinic sales targets. * Monitor and analyse clinic KPIs, including: * Revenue * Sales conversion * Customer retention * Repeat visits * Productivity * Appointment utilisation * Operational efficiency * Review clinic performance regularly and implement improvement strategies. * Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and business development initiatives. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports for Management. ⸻ Compliance, PDPA …
