About this role

Technical Support Provide first-level technical support to customers, dealers, Service Engineers, and internal teams. Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system issues, escalating complex matters to the Technical Team Leader or Technical Manager when required. Support technical inquiries related to products, services, maintenance, and repairs. Assist with onboard vessel attendance, site visits, equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning activities when required. Technical Documentation & Communication Maintain and update technical records, service bulletins, manuals, and work instructions. Distribute technical updates and manufacturer service bulletins to relevant stakeholders. Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and maintenance records. Ensure technical information is accurately documented and filed. Workshop & Equipment Support Assist with inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of defective equipment and spare parts. Support the maintenance and calibration control of test equipment. Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and orderly condition. Customer & Dealer Support Respond to technical inquiries from customers and dealers promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Service Coordinators and Service Engineers to support service delivery. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Technical Team Leader or Technical Manager. Quality, Compliance & Safety Comply with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable regulations. Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. Follow safe work practices and participate in safety initiatives and training. Report quality, technical, and safety concerns promptly. Other Duties Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.
