Accounting Manager

Job Scope: Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting Department. Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Review financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities. Supervise, coach, and evaluate accounting staff. Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting efficiency. Support business planning and strategic financial decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in full set accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, and audit management. Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Able to communicate effective in English and Chinese.
