Legal Associate (Financial Regulatory)

We are working exclusively with an established, premier law firm in Singapore looking to expand its high-performing Financial Regulatory practice. This new headcount is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to handle sophisticated advisory and compliance work for top-tier financial institutions, fintech innovators, and global fund managers. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and structuring licensing applications for Submission to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Provide clear legal advice on compliance frameworks including the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), Financial Advisers Act (FAA), Payment Services Act (PSA), and AML/CFT regulations. Draft, review, and enhance internal regulatory compliance policies, operational workflows, and client onboarding agreements. Research and advise on the impact of local and global regulatory changes on regional and cross-border business models. Requirements 0–3 years PQE (Singapore Qualified). We warmly welcome Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyers with a strong academic background, as well as practice switchers—associates currently in corporate or dispute resolution who have a genuine passion for transitioning into the regulatory space.
