Finance Executive

Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger postings and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. Handle inter-company transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation and consolidation where applicable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare GST submissions, corporate tax computations, and liaise with external tax agents on statutory filings. Support the Senior Executive/Finance Manager with financial analysis, reporting, and other ad hoc assignments. Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including at least 1 year of Accounts Payable (AP) experience. Good understanding of full-set accounting and financial reporting. Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP and/or Synergix ERP systems is an advantage. Able to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
