Marketing & Communications Executive (1-Year Contract)

As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the management and creative team to plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for both our clients and in-house brands. Your responsibilities include: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms. Create engaging content including captions, articles, EDMs and marketing materials. Develop monthly content calendars and campaign schedules. Coordinate with clients, creative team members, vendors, partners and influencers to ensure smooth project execution. Support photoshoots, videoshoots and content production where required. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging marketing trends. Assist in preparing proposals, presentation decks, reports and campaign performance summaries. Manage and update websites, blogs and social media platforms. Support lead generation, partnership development and business development activities. Assist in organising marketing events, activations and promotional campaigns. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by the Company. Requirements Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with internship or relevant working experience will have an added advantage. Passion for digital marketing, branding, content creation and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Employment Type (Full-Time, 1-Year Contract) This role is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract. Subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and the Company's operational requirements, the contract may be renewed or converted to a permanent position at the Company's discretion.
