Electrical Site Supervisor

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. eview method statements, safe work procedures (SWP), and risk assessments (RA) prior to work commencement. Verify workers’ safety credentials (e.g., Work-at-Height, Lifting Gear Certs, REO passes) and enforce compliance. Attend and conduct daily toolbox meetings to review work activities and risk mitigation. Operate and manage Body Worn Camera (BWC) and verify contractor’s CCTV system is functional before any work begins. Liaise with contractors, project officers, and internal stakeholders on technical and safety issues
