Responsibilities Perform facial treatments and other beauty services to improve clients’ skin condition and appearance Assess clients’ skin conditions accurately to recommend effective and personalized treatment plans Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain detailed, accurate client records for continuity of care Provide clear skincare advice to educate clients and foster long-term relationships Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure client satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to meet health and safety standards Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 year of experience performing beauty and facial treatments Skilled in facial techniques with strong knowledge of skincare principles Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients Preferred competencies and qualifications Customer-oriented with a warm and professional personality Other Information Staff Benefits: 6 off days per month Training provided to upgrade skills ✨ Attractive commission and incentive scheme (uncapped) Annual performance bonus Annual company trip ✈️ Friendly and supportive working environment No hard selling required
