Key Responsibilities Process daily Host-to-Host (H2H) payments for insurance payouts, commissions, and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage payment rejections — liaise with Life Operations to investigate, communicate outcomes, and process reversals Upload and maintain daily payment status updates across internal systems and SharePoint for timely customer service delivery Perform payment and bank reconciliation, investigating and resolving variances promptly Handle stop payment requests, including preparation of bank upload files and verification of fund refunds Manage stale payments — update statuses, verify fund credits, and process reversals and journal entries Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
