Key Responsibilities: Benefits Program Management & Execution Drive the rollout and ongoing management of premium benefits across APAC markets Ensure timely execution and launch readiness aligned to product strategy Monitor program performance and utilization, ensuring consistent and scalable delivery Budget Management & Financial Governance Own and manage benefits budgets across programs and markets Track and forecast spend vs. budget, ensuring alignment to targets and preventing overruns Drive cost optimization opportunities across vendors and program design Support commercial evaluation of partner proposals to ensure ROI and sustainability Partner with Finance on budget planning, reallocation, and reporting cycles Ensure strong governance over budget utilization, approvals, and reporting accuracy Vendor & Partner Management Regional Coordination & Stakeholder Management Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution Serve as a bridge between global strategy and local market needs, ensuring localization and adoption Support engagement with issuers on benefit delivery, readiness, and performance Operations, Reporting & Monthly Benefits Connect Drive ongoing monitoring of vendor and program performance, identifying gaps and improvements Prepare and deliver Monthly Benefits Connect updates, including program performance, key issues, and market insights Support escalation management and service recovery for premium customer issues Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in related field 2–5 years’ experience in product, operations, vendor management, or consulting roles Strong experience in budget management, financial tracking, and commercial analysis Experience managing regional stakeholders and multi-vendor environments Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Words and attention it to Tan Joanna (R1104661) Short listed candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1104661 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number: 200611680D.
