Investment Fund Operation Analyst

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end processing of hedge fund trades and transfers, spanning front office, middle office, and settlement functions. You will also play a key role in client account management, corporate actions, and delivering high-quality customer service to institutional clients. Responsibilities Process trade and transfer orders from receipt through to settlement, including document verification and cash processing Trace and follow up on pending transactions, settling upon receipt of contract notes Process corporate action shares and cash events accurately and within required timelines Identify and mitigate operational risk by adhering to established procedures and staying current on process changes Handle client queries via phone and email — investigating, recording, and resolving issues in a timely manner Maintain a high standard of service across all client interactions Requirements Prior banking or investment funds experience is an advantage Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
