New- 12 Months Treasury & Disbursement Specialist (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities: • Process daily payments for insurance claims, vendors, employee reimbursements, commissions, incentives, and bank transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. • Respond to operational enquiries on payment status, accounting codes, and finance-related transactions. • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, interfund, and other supporting account reconciliations. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, fixed asset accounting, and expense allocations. • Administer and troubleshoot finance systems, providing first-level support, resolving user issues, and coordinating system enhancements where required. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and streamline workflows. • Prepare financial schedules, audit documentation, and ad hoc analysis to support internal and external audit requirements. • Participate in finance projects, system implementations, process enhancement initiatives, and other assignments as required by management. • Adhoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 2years of relevant experience in similar capacity · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
