Corporate Communications Executive (Contract)

Develop and produce strategic communication materials including memos, presentations, and fact sheets for internal and external audiences. Create engaging multimedia content (videos, digital and social media assets) to effectively communicate key messages. Manage and maintain internal communication platforms such as intranet portals, newsletters, and corporate announcements. Support media relations through proactive monitoring, analysis, and coordination with external vendors. Plan and execute events including senior leadership visits, town halls, and global campaign activations, ensuring seamless delivery across content, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to oversee event design, production, and on-site execution. Ensure compliance with governance processes, including approvals, documentation, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate records and support regular and ad-hoc reporting.
