*New* 1 Year Contract Digital Enablement Specialist

Job Duties: Assist in the implementation of strategic projects for the Agency's digital applications to optimize sales processes and increase conversions. Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, user productivity, and overall user experience. Ensure the quality and operational readiness of each release by collaborating closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews. Track and monitor the status of projects, issues, and action items. Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Escalate risks/issue encountered during execution & follow up on actionable items/ mitigations. Collaborate with various stakeholders across function groups to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Manage day to day execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, content crafting and stakeholder engagement workshops to ensure business readiness and drive adoption. Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: At least 3 - 5 years of experience in digital transformation project management and execution roles Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence. Good understanding of project governance, execution, and risk management standards.
