Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Support project delivery throughout the solution lifecycle. Dashboard Design & Analytics Collaborate with business users to define reporting and dashboard requirements. Create dashboard UI/UX wireframes and mock-ups to improve user experience. Work with data teams to develop meaningful business insights and reporting solutions. Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan and facilitate UAT activities. Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements. Coordinate defect tracking, issue resolution, and validation with stakeholders. Ensure solutions meet business objectives before deployment. Change Management & Training Develop user guides, training materials, and communication plans. Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities. Support user adoption and business readiness initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role. Proven experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD documentation. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau. Experience with process mapping and collaboration tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro. Experience in dashboard design, UI/UX concepts, and reporting solutions. Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
