Leads operational improvements, manages deviations and CAPAs, and oversees the development of electronic batch records and departmental strategy.
Requires a degree in Process Development, Engineering, or Manufacturing with 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years of direct people management. Must have extensive experience in a cGMP environment and a deep understanding of biotechnology or pharmaceutical operations.
