Manager Manufacturing Programs

The role is responsible for providing process and New Product Introduction support for multiple biologics products and equipment. It involves supervising technical staff to manage changes, drive deviation investigations, and ensure production and release performance. Requires a degree in a relevant field with varying years of experience depending on the level of education (up to 8 years for Diploma holders). Candidates must have in-depth technical knowledge of biopharmaceutical upstream or downstream processing and demonstrated leadership skills.
