Kitchen Crew

Job Description We are looking for Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking support, packing, cleaning, and general back-of-house duties. The successful candidate will assist the kitchen team in preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, supporting service flow, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are followed. Roles & Responsibilities Assist with daily kitchen preparation and food production. Wash, cut, portion, pack, and arrange ingredients. Support simple cooking, food assembly, and plating where required. Prepare food items according to company standards and instructions. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas. Assist with packing and arranging food items for service, delivery, or transfer. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures. Support stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients. Report low stock, damaged ingredients, or equipment issues to supervisors. Carry out other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef. Requirements Prior kitchen, F&B, catering, or food preparation experience will be an advantage. No experience may be considered for suitable candidates willing to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Able to stand for long hours and perform physical duties. Responsible, punctual, and willing to be hands-on. Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures. Good hygiene habits and teamwork attitude.
