Technician/Senior Technician, Facility

Core Responsibilities Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and servicing of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) to prevent sudden breakdowns. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve on-site issues like busted pipes, malfunctioning lighting, faulty wiring, and temperature control irregularities. Safety Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, which includes addressing potential hazards and monitoring fire/security systems. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships and oversee external contractors for specialized tasks like major elevator repairs, pest control, or deep cleaning. Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, track spare parts inventory, and document all completed work or incident reports. Key Skills & Requirements At least 3 years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Ability to quickly analyze faults and determine cost-effective, safe corrective actions. Relevant diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Must be capable of prolonged standing, lifting heavy equipment, and occasionally working in uncomfortable environmental conditions.
