Job Responsibilities Support the project and service team in handling customer requirements, project coordination, installation, servicing and issue resolution. Assist in providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, technicians, vendors and customers to ensure project and service activities are carried out smoothly. Assist in troubleshooting, servicing and resolving equipment or system-related issues in a timely manner. Support preventive maintenance activities for contractual customers. Assist in project works, A&A works, installation, testing and commissioning when required. Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including service reports, warranty records, installation records, project updates and related filing. Assist in preparing quotations for service, repair, spare parts or upgrade works. Follow up closely on project progress, outstanding issues and customer requests. Recommend proper equipment usage, maintenance practices and corrective actions to customers when required. Support the team in improving productivity, reducing costs and meeting departmental objectives. Provide updates to management on project progress, service issues and resolution status. Guide junior technicians or assistant service engineers on basic technical matters where required. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services or related engineering discipline. Around 1–3 years of working experience in any mechanical engineering-related industry. Candidates from any mechanical engineering background are welcome to apply, including but not limited to manufacturing, equipment, machinery, M&E, ACMV, facilities, automation, process engineering, marine, oil & gas, or industrial systems. Prior exposure to project coordination, site work, installation, servicing, maintenance, testing and commissioning will be advantageous. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation or CAD/BIM will be an advantage. Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills. Proactive, hands-on and willing to learn. Able to work under tight timelines and manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working overtime or on Saturdays when required due to project commitments.
