Rebar Supervisor

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 10 or more rebar workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently Arrange and coordinate daily manpower deployment to meet site requirements Liaise with main contractors to identify and resolve technical issues promptly Coordinate job scopes for NTS workers to ensure clarity and task completion Supervise all rebar works performed by workers and team leaders to maintain quality standards Ensure all workers follow safe working practices and comply with safety regulations Adapt work schedules flexibly according to site conditions and project demands Carry heavy construction materials as required to support site operations Work effectively under outdoor conditions, including exposure to hot sun Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in rebar works
