Job Description& Requirements AuditEngagement Management · Lead multiple audit engagements concurrentlyacross a range of industries · Develop risk-based audit plans, budgets, andtimelines · Review working papers, financial statements, andaudit reports for accuracy and compliance with SFRS, IFRS (or relevantstandards) · Ensure audits are completed within scope,deadline, and budget · Maintain strong quality control and professionalstandards across engagements Leadership& People Development · Supervise, train, and mentor audit associatesand seniors · Conduct performance evaluations and promote aculture of continuous learning · Provide guidance to team members on technicaland audit methodology matters ClientRelationship & Business Growth · Maintain excellent client communication andmanage expectations · Identify value-added opportunities and supportpartners in proposal preparation · Assist in strengthening the firm’s marketpresence through networking and client meetings TechnicalExcellence & Compliance · Stay current with changes in accounting,auditing, and regulatory requirements · Ensure engagements adhere to internal policies,QA standards, and independence rules Qualifications& Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance orequivalent · Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalentprofessional qualification (e.g., CA/ACCA) required · Minimum 6–8 years of relevantaudit experience, with at least 2 years in asupervisory/managerial role · Strong technical knowledge of SFRS and IFRS · Experience handling consolidated audits andgroup reporting preferred Competencies& Skills · Strong leadership and team-managementcapabilities · Excellent communication, client-facing, andnegotiation skills · High level of analytical thinking, attention todetail, and professional skepticism · Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment · High integrity, proactive attitude, andcommitment to quality What WeOffer · Competitive compensation package · Clear career progression to Director/Partnerlevel · Continuous professional development and trainingopportunities · Exposure to cross-border engagements andindustry-leading clients · Supportive work culture and mentoringenvironment
