Job Summary A proactive, hands-on Human Resources Manager who combines empathy with sound judgement, structure with creativity, and strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. You will champion colleague well-being, strengthen our culture, and confidently turn ideas into practical, measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Collaborate with hotel leadership and department heads to develop and implement people strategies and workforce plans aligned with business priorities Lead the entire colleague lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, associate relations, performance management, development, engagement, and offboarding Provide balanced, timely, and compliant advice on associate matters in accordance with Singapore employment laws, internal policies, and Hyatt standards Design and execute colleague engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace Assist to oversee HR operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure precise reporting Manage work pass and visa applications efficiently, ensuring full documentation and regulatory compliance Analyze HR data, trends, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and measure the impact of people initiatives Support organizational change management, manpower planning, succession planning, and development of emerging talent Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and colleague experiences through technology adoption, simplification, and innovative ideas Maintain visibility and approachability by taking ownership, removing obstacles, and ensuring follow-through to completion
