Join the Opening Team at ANEMELO Greek Restaurant ANEMELO Greek Restaurant is a new dining destination opening in Singapore, inspired by authentic Greek hospitality, quality ingredients, and genuine guest experiences. We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our opening team. Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations Manage and take responsibility for an assigned kitchen section Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation during service Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to the Sous Chef Assist with kitchen mise en place and daily preparation Support training and guidance of junior kitchen staff when required Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties Requirements: - At least 2-3 years of experience - 5 day work week based on roster - Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
