Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Take drink orders from guests or servers accurately and efficiently Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, and recommend pairings Manage cash and card transactions, and reconcile the bar till at end of shift Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly to prevent overservice Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and place orders as needed Set up and break down the bar before/after service Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing laws and health/safety regulations Create an engaging, friendly atmosphere for guests
