Specialist - Contracts

The role is responsible for drafting and managing contracts and framework agreements to bridge commercial intent with enforceable agreements. It involves validating daily trade entries to ensure data accuracy and managing governance controls to mitigate legal and operational risks. Candidates must be proficient in reading and conversing in Mandarin and have strong knowledge of international sales operations and delivery terms. Experience with bulk shipment contracts within a trading environment is strongly preferred.
