Positive work culture with a young an dynamic team Located right above Kent Ridge MRT station Meaningful job - you would be helping families recruit and screen for suitable caregivers What does this Job Offer you? 5-day work week, office hours, 9:30AM – 6:30PM, Rest day on one weekday and one Saturday / Sunday. Job satisfaction. Through your work, you will provide families with qualified caregivers and trained helpers to look after the elderly or persons with disabilities. Mentorship, training and coaching will be provided. Job Description As a Recruitment / HR Admin Executive , you will be tasked with the end-to-end recruitment of caregivers and helpers including: Caregiver shortlisting, interview, selection and creation of biodata Caregiver work permit and related processing Onboarding, orientation and training Integration counselling and post placement follow-up calls Maintain social media page Other ad hoc operational matters Requirements Open to applicants with no experience CEI holder (preferred) or Willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job. Company will sponsor training and exam fee. Minimum diploma in any discipline. At least 2 years in deskbound work in any field in Singapore. Able to work independently with little supervision Competent in spoken and written English. Ability to converse Bahasa Indonesia / Melayu to our MDWs is not mandatory but would be helpful in performing the job. Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
