Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: M & E Coordinator Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate M&E/MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specs; manage submissions/approvals for materials, samples, and method statements with consultants/authorities. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with design and specifications. Coordinate with architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety trades. Supervise on-site M&E installations (HVAC/ACMV, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection) for quality, safety, and code compliance. Plan and oversee testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure systems are ready for handover. Track schedules and progress; report status, risks, and delays; support site coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with regulations, codes of practice, standards, and safety requirements. Maintain documentation: approvals, submissions, records, as-builts, and O&M manuals Other tasks as assigned by Management. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field. 3–5 years of M&E coordination or supervision experience in construction. Able to read and interpret design/shop drawings; proficient in CAD/AutoCAD; BIM tools (Revit/Navisworks) preferred. Good knowledge of local codes, standards, and authority submission procedures. Strong communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills. Safety-first mindset with knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
