Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing Position Title: Assistant Production Supervisor Working Location: Ubi Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 7am - 3pm / 3pm to 11pm /11pm to 7am) (Rotating Shift) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,250 + $250 Housing Allowance + $500 Fixed allowance + OT + Performance bonus (Quarterly) Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Oversee setting up production moulds and troubleshooting processes to ensure smooth and quality production. Implement the production plan to meet daily targets. Maintain inventory records and ensure sufficient materials are available for production. Experience in setting up injection moulding machines for precision plastic parts is required. Ensure the production area is safe, productive, and equipped with necessary inventory. Work independently to maintain and improve moulding processes, reducing discrepancies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
